Paul A. Battaglia, Law Review Honoree

 

Paul is a partner in the Firm's Tax and Estates & Trusts practice groups who has been  practicing law for over 35 years. He serves as an adjunct faculty member of the University at Buffalo School of Law where he teaches corporate tax law and also serves as an instructor for the University?s School of Management Tax Certificate Program. Paul is well known in both legal and community circles. He frequently lectures on tax law and has particular expertise in the areas of law related to tax exempt organizations and foundations. It is no surprise that Paul was named to Business First of Buffalo?s "Who?s Who in Law" list for 2008; he is also listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America.

 

Paul also puts his skills to work as a board member for several community organizations including the Shaw Festival Foundation, Just Buffalo Literary Center, Young Audiences of Western New York, and Friends of Knox Farm State Park.
