Sean P. Beiter has been an active executive board member for the Greater Niagara Frontier Council of the Boy Scouts since 2000, also serving as a Cubmaster at St. Amelia's Church for over ten years. An Eagle Scout himself, he is currently serving as Council President and was presented with the Silver Beaver Award this year for his distinguished service.

John T. Kolaga has been elected President of the Elmwood Village Association, an organization that works closely with businesses and residents to enhance the unique urban character of the Elmwood Village District in Buffalo.  The Village was recently named one of the "10 Best Neighborhoods in the U.S." by the American Planning Association.
