JAECKLE RECEIVES CORPORATE PARTNER AWARD FROM
 BUFFALO PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA
 
 
            BUFFALO, NEW YORK ? Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, is pleased to announce that the Firm has been awarded the first annual "Corporate Partner Award" by the Buffalo Philharmonic in recognition of contributions the Firm and its Attorneys have made to the orchestra. The award was accepted by Randall M. Odza, Partner, who currently serves as member and Secretary of the Board of Trustees. In addition to his service as a board member for over eight years, Odza also serves as employment and labor counsel to the orchestra and has been instrumental in negotiating contracts with the musicians, as well as with other unions that serve the orchestra. Partner Nicole R. Tzetzo  assisted the orchestra in the establishment of their endowment, and in the successful negotiation of the orchestra's agreement with the Buffalo Community Foundation in connection with the endowment.  Partners Dan Joyce, Michele Heffernan and George Bellows have also been called upon to assist the orchestra in their respective areas of expertise.  The firm has a long history of service to the BPO dating back to one its founding partners, Manly Fleischmann, who was a life trustee of the orchestra.
