Partner David G. Brock Elected As Board Chairman of Planned Parenthood of WNY

BUFFALO, NEW YORK - Jaeckle Fleischmann & Mugel, LLP, a full service corporate law firm announces that partner David G. Brock has been elected Board Chairman of Planned Parenthood of Western New York.

Mr. Brock is a Partner in the Firm's Litigation practice group. For over 35 years, he has been involved principally in the defense of personal injury, product liability, premises liability and insurance-related litigation.  In the area of automobile litigation, he has defended liability and no-fault cases for both insurance carriers and self-insureds, including utility and waste disposal transit companies. His practice has included a broad experience in toxic tort litigation, including asbestos and multiple chemical exposure cases.

Mr. Brock earned his B.A., from Union College and his J.D., from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the American and New York State Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and International Association of Defense Counsel. Mr. Brock is the founding director of the Lower East Side Community Enrichment Center, a not-for-profit organization facilitating community and after-school programming. He is admitted to practice in New York State and practices from the Firm's Buffalo office.
