Scott H. Silverberg is an Associate in the Firm’s Labor and Employment practice group.  He represents private and public sector employers before federal and state agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, the Public Employment Relations Board, the New York State Department of Labor, and the New York State Division of Human Rights.  He also defends private and public sector employers against employment discrimination, labor, wage and hour and other state and federal claims.
