ViewMilena Vorndran is a paralegal in the Firm's Intellectual Property practice group. Ms. Vorndran is responsible for patent and trademark administration and record keeping, as well as assisting on trademark and unfair competition matters, including:

Conducting preliminary trademark searches;
Preparing and filing of trademark applications and other formal documents with U.S. and foreign trademark offices;
Preparing and filing patent applications and other prosecution documents for both U.S. and foreign cases;
Assisting with U.S. and international trademark prosecution, including responding to Official Actions, opposition and cancellation proceedings and preparing supporting documentation;
Drafting correspondence with patent and trademark counsel and clients, both foreign and domestic;
Maintaining the records of the Firm's patent and trademark docketing system;
Assisting with trademark and unfair competition litigation; and
Assisting in policing of trademarks
