George F. Bellows is a partner in the Firm's Business and Corporate and Financial Services practice groups. He concentrates his practice in general corporate and business matters with a special emphasis on complex financing transactions.
Mr. Bellows routinely represents both borrowers and lenders in all types of financing transactions, including revolving credits, letters of credit, term loans, mortgage loans, interest rate swaps and other derivative transactions, industrial development and civic facility revenue bond transactions, subordination and intercreditor arrangements and syndicated and other multi-lender transactions. He has extensive experience with secured transactions, including special issues involving collateral and opinion letters.
