Tim C. Loftis is a partner in the firm's Business and Corporate practice group. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, Mr. Loftis was general counsel for a large wholesale food distributor and franchisor operating in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York and New Jersey. While engaged in private practice (both before and after holding such general counsel position), Mr. Loftis has provided services to business entities engaged in the manufacturing, distribution and service sectors and commercial banks. He has extensive experience in handling business and corporate matters (with an emphasis on transactional work including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions) and commercial finance work (representing borrowers in complex financing transactions).
