Our growing Tax and Estates Department is looking to add an experienced paralegal to join its team. Candidates should posses knowledge of probate processes and procedures, estate and trust administration (including tax return preparation), and experience with Surrogate's Court procedures and other governmental agencies as they relate to the practice. This position requires heavy client contact, therefore, excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding people skills, are a must. Applicants should possess a BA or BS or an equivalent degree from a paralegal institute as well as a minimum 2 years' experience working in this field.
